After researching for a while, I purchased this fountain and don't regret my purchase in the slightest. My cats love it, it looks nice, what's not to love? The customer service is also top notch, much better than what you would get from anywhere else. The only thing to keep in mind is that since this is a glass pet fountain, it does need to be cleaned often, so keep that in mind. Even if I knew that it needed to be cleaned that much before I purchased it, though, I still would have bought it. Just take my word for it and buy this fountain. You won't regret it!

My two cats that drink out of bowls loved it. They were drinking within seconds they are used to water fountains so this wasn’t that big of an adjustment. My third cat that drinks out of the toilet had no interest. Maybe she’ll learn it to like it. I still think this was a major success because both of the cats that drink out of it have bladder problems so they need to drink as much water as possible for different diseases. I have not had to clean it or maintain it yet so I cannot comment on those aspects so far I would completely recommend this.

When I was recommended this pet fountain, I thought it was so cute. I just didn’t know if my very senior, picky cat would love it as much as I did. I ordered it on a Friday and received it that Sunday…pretty quick! It was equally quick to clean and set up. The glass is superb; it is so thick and clear. It is definitely heavy!! So be aware of that. I sat there with my cat and just admired the Brook Pet Fountain. I kept thinking I should put some tiny little plastic fish in there to entertain my cat and me while we admired the flowing water. 😄

After setting up, using the low flow reducer, my cat was interested. She didn’t like it in the middle, so I scooted it more toward the back. She actually drank out of it within about 30 minutes. Success!! My cat also has kidney disease, so getting her to drink enough water is a big concern for me.

Some of the draw backs are that the glass bowl is quite heavy. Putting it down initially is fine, because you can fill it up on the ground. But picking it up with water in it to clean it was a bit of a chore. Having to clean it every week is no fun, when you are assuming the filter will pick up the slack. I cleaned after 4 days of use the first time. Then I let it go for 1 week. That was not a good idea. The water became murky and when I took off the filter ring it had some slimy brown stuff on it. I cleaned everything and oh…I do use filtered water for my drinking and my cat. Another thing is that the bowl is about 1" too tall for my cat. She likes to lie down when eating or drinking. She also did not like the blue light, so it was great that you included a cover for it.

Otherwise, I think the Brook Pet Fountain is an amazing concept and beautiful to add to any type of decor you may have. And it is Mochi approved!

I have three fountains for my cats and this has quickly become their favorite! It's beautiful and (relatively) easy to clean, and most importantly my cats really love it. I am a cat behaviorist always looking for quality products to recommend to cat caregivers and this fits the bill. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I don’t normally make reviews but this water fountain man is sooo nice. The setup was straight forward. There’s even special instructions to set it up for your cats to get used to it for a short while. Since day 1 my cats have drank my from that fountain more than any other automatic fountain I could find. Which made me so relieved because I have a picky orange cat does not like electric motors/pumps running but they’re so quiet he can’t tell. My only peeve is that the inside of the glass dome gets a little humid so it doesn’t look as nice all the time. But to be fair Brook can’t control the weather in scorching hot Southern California.

Our cats love it and are definitely drinking more water - which has been a challenge. It is good to see the water level and its cleanliness. With many cats in the house, I change the water more frequently because I can see it. It is incredibly quiet too - which is just lovely.

I had been looking for an alternative to the metal cat fountains I was using and found Brook! The fountain itself is beautiful and my cats love it. I have four cats and refill it almost daily. When I reached out to customer service for a question, they were quick, responsive, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this product!
