I don’t normally make reviews but this water fountain man is sooo nice. The setup was straight forward. There’s even special instructions to set it up for your cats to get used to it for a short while. Since day 1 my cats have drank my from that fountain more than any other automatic fountain I could find. Which made me so relieved because I have a picky orange cat does not like electric motors/pumps running but they’re so quiet he can’t tell. My only peeve is that the inside of the glass dome gets a little humid so it doesn’t look as nice all the time. But to be fair Brook can’t control the weather in scorching hot Southern California.

Our cats love it and are definitely drinking more water - which has been a challenge. It is good to see the water level and its cleanliness. With many cats in the house, I change the water more frequently because I can see it. It is incredibly quiet too - which is just lovely.

I had been looking for an alternative to the metal cat fountains I was using and found Brook! The fountain itself is beautiful and my cats love it. I have four cats and refill it almost daily. When I reached out to customer service for a question, they were quick, responsive, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this product!

I have four cats. At first, only one would use the fountain. Now three use it, one of whom rarely used the plastic fountain I had. The fourth is a weirdo about everything (won't eat turkey, chicken, fish unless it is in cat food) and will only drink from a bowl. Anyway, the fountain was fairly easy to put together and seems like it will be easy to clean. I like the idea of glass as opposed to plastic. So far very satisfied.

This is my far the best cat water fountain that I have ever owned. I love how easy it is to clean and that it keeps the water cleaner and cooler. I recommened this fountain to everyone.
