A very beautiful looking fountain! I wanted to switch my cat from her plastic fountain & I love this one! It came packaged well & it was very easy to assemble & clean! It took my cat a bit to drink from it, but now she loves it!

This is a great fountain. My cats took to it from the get-go and prefer it to the two standing water sources next to it. The fountain has many attributes. The glass and design give it a high quality look and make it easy to take apart and clean. The blue light shining through the water gives it an icy look. Replacement parts are available and Customer Service is friendly and fast. I have had fountains before; this one is the best. I will definitely buy again when I need to.

It’s beautiful and well made. I love that the replacement parts are sold separately and I feel it’s affordable for the quality. The design is really thoughtful in that you can adjust the flow and remove the light if desired. I couldn’t find any other similar products that are all glass. I do wish the replacement filters were available elsewhere than amazon as I prefer not to give them my business, but I understand it’s probably for ease of fulfillment reasons. I also have a suggestion for an optional add on stem that would go up a little higher have have side spouts as one of my cats seems to prefer a small stream of water (I’m still running her old fountain that has a plastic flower spout on top as I haven’t seen her use the brook yet). Hopefully she takes to it over time as it is.

I’m impressed with the Brook fountain. Having used a covered fountain for years, my dogs seem to really like the open water concept. I like that I can clearly see how much water they have and that the fountain keeps the water from being stagnant. The quality is great and the customer service is excellent! I highly recommend this product.

I really love the idea of an all glass fountain. Easier to clean, and i may be weird but i feel as though water taste better coming from glass vs. plastic and i want my cats to have the best. My only complain is that with such a wide open top it collects debris such as hair or pieces of cat food pretty fast that dont really get caught in the filter, and kind of sits on the bottom.
Overall im happy with the product but would like to see a design in the future somehow of an typical enclosed fountain.

I should have expected genius packaging from the people who made the CatAmazing. The box itself was a delight to open, especially the quotes, I was so amused. The cat immediately knew it was for her, and hovered around me excitedly while I was putting it together. When I finished the process (it was ridiculously simple, with well-written instructions) and poured the water, I was NOT expecting the water to bubble up nearly instantly. The pump is impressive! It's quiet and quick and does the job beautifully. The kitty is pleased with her latest possession, and we've saved the box for ease of transport later. Great job folks!!
