It’s beautiful and well made. I love that the replacement parts are sold separately and I feel it’s affordable for the quality. The design is really thoughtful in that you can adjust the flow and remove the light if desired. I couldn’t find any other similar products that are all glass. I do wish the replacement filters were available elsewhere than amazon as I prefer not to give them my business, but I understand it’s probably for ease of fulfillment reasons. I also have a suggestion for an optional add on stem that would go up a little higher have have side spouts as one of my cats seems to prefer a small stream of water (I’m still running her old fountain that has a plastic flower spout on top as I haven’t seen her use the brook yet). Hopefully she takes to it over time as it is.

I had a good feeling about this company when I contacted them before buying with some questions, and they replied almost immediately with detailed answers. I decided to give it a go and, well, the fountain exceeded all expectations! Easy to clean, no slime on the glass like my “stainless” steel one used to get, water stays cleaner longer - and it looks so good! Tim and Missy can’t get enough! Thank you!!

My 2 cats love this fountain. I actually see them drinking from it multiple times a day. My one cat prefers the water that bubbles up, and the other drinks from the dish. I have never seen my cats at any other fountain this regularly. It’s also very easy to maintain and keep clean.

Our boy cat took a few days to warm up to using the fountain, now it is his favorite water source. Would like to buy another one but they care out of stock

I really love this fountain. It has few parts (none of which are small and difficult to deal with) and is very easy to clean and maintain. You can tell if it's dirty and needs a wash just by looking at it. The basin is wide and accessible for cats and small dogs. It holds a lot of water, though it does need to be refilled daily (for cleanliness' sake & also because it will evaporate since it's not in an enclosed basin like most pet fountains). Parts are readily available if you need replacements, sans the carbon pouch basket, which I wish they would sell! There's not a single other pet fountain brand out there that sells all of the replacement parts you may need (you don't technically need the carbon pouch but it will prolong filter lifespan). I recommend scrubbing all parts of this fountain once or twice per week to prevent buildup of scum and biofilm - a sponge, straw cleaner (for the tube), and dish soap is sufficient. However, the ONLY con to this fountain is a pretty major one. It is VERY heavy, and becomes VERY slippery when wet and covered in biofilm. This makes it legitimately dangerous to wash outside of something like a sturdy farm sink or a bathtub. Do NOT try and wash this thing in any other kind of sink. The basin is seriously so heavy that it could crash through your sink if you drop it. Also, today, I was admittedly in a rush while washing mine & tried to finish up by washing the small parts in my bathroom sink, and I dropped the fountainhead from a few inches up... it shattered the moment it hit the sink basin and cut my finger. I'm technically still able to use the fountain since you can just put the pump in the basin without the fountainhead or tube, but it's not as aesthetically pleasing. So please, PLEASE don't get impatient or try to wash any part of this fountain outside of a bathtub or a super sturdy sink, because this thing weighs as much as a cast iron pan. And DO wear dishwashing gloves that will give you a better grip on the glass parts than bare soapy hands will. Despite this, I still believe that this fountain is the best option when it comes to pet fountains. I'll deal with having to be careful about washing glass before I will ever go back to the plastic-based fountains with a million tiny parts & biofilm that never seems to disappear no matter how much you scrub.

Future suggestions - wish there was an option to make more of a water fountain arch as an option. Our cat LOVES IT when we hold our finger on top to make the water arch like a bubbler or water fountain.
Also not a game changer - but wish it could have the option to be wireless (able to charge)
But iverall a WIN! Thiswas our second purchase. We have one both upstairs and down.
It’s also attractive enough - we keep the downstairs one on the coffee table.

Finally the purrfect fountain !!! All glass and my Siamese LOVES it. Which is very unusual.!! I had to buy a second one for my other kitty so they each have their own. The different settings are another plus feature. East to clean a drop of white vinegar with water and rinse thoroughly and it’s spotless!! This is our FOREVER fountain THANK YOU !!!

Great fountain! My two cats took to it immediately. It is much better than our stainless steel oraluminum fountain. This glass fountain is so easy to clean - pop in the dishwasher and you’re done! The bowl is heavy but you just have to be careful with it.
