I and my pets love the fountain, but the issue is it has to be heavy by nature so it is not knocked around, but this makes it difficult to clean and maintain.

I realized I was a little bit rough with the glass tubes when putting them in the base after cleaning them. One had a chip on it. It was really great to be able to quickly and easily order a replacement.

I love a lot of things about the Brook Fountain for cats and dogs. I love the fact that I can see the water level easily, as the base is glass. And whenever I need a replacement part, the company sends iot promptly. Great Company and my cats favorite fountain.
