Fifth fountain in five months of acquiring my dark angel. It's a keeper for both of us. It's stunning. Seems to be the most hygienic of all and it's definitely the most elegant looking. Also, very easy to clean. I love their upgraded parts and their warm customer service.

The Brook fountain stand does exactly what I needed. Keeps the water condensation off the floor and makes it easy to pick up. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I'm on my second pump motor. I recommend replacing it every year or two for sanitary purposes. Recently, upgraded to the metal filter holder. Replacing the plastic just makes sense. And, I just added the new floor mat and stand in lime green. Only the best for Blackie.
So, the fountain is excellent, but the customer service is what sold me. They are really there and quick to respond. The shipping is always prompt and often Brook throws in little extras. I also like the idea that they are looking for way to improve the fountain. What's next? Maybe an external pump or waterfall?
This stand catches the water my cat flicks over the edge when she drinks, solving the issue of having to deal with a puddle under the fountain. The stand also makes it feel more secure to carry the glass bowl to the sink for cleaning. The plastic is hard and feels durable without adding too much weight to the fountain when carrying.
I chose the grey color so it would blend in with the silvery appearance water has in a glass bowl. It creates a calm, clean look.
