The replacement failed and no longer works. Even after cleaning and also doing vinegar pumping. On to the fifth pump under warranty….

Brook replaced the pump for my fountain quickly, everything is working great!

My cats love them. They are easy to clean. You never get that weird slime that you get with the plastic water fountains. You just have to replace the pumps every once in a while

My only negative thought about the pump is that it isn't that easy to clean.

The glass structure is easy to clean and that fact that the motor for the fountain is so affordable and easy to replace - keeps me highly confident that my cat is getting the best type of hydration possible. New pump works great!

No plastic parts (except motor) that can grime up with sediments that are unable to clean. My cats are drinking more water than ever. You can put the fountain in the middle or to the side for those who are bowl drinkers. This definitely is worth the chance I took on a decent water fountain for my cats.

Is there such an attachment that would make this pump auto shut off if the water level got to its minimum volume?

A few months after buying the Brook i had the fountain stop working. Forgetting that you get a warranty when you buy the Brook.i went ahead and purchase a pump. Then Brook sent me a pump and a new adapter. It turned out the adapter was the issue. This is a quality product and a first class company that stands behind their product. Buy it ! Your pet will love you !

I have written before, this is the best thing ever for my kitties. They love drinking from this fountain and it’s easy to take care of.

I’d been looking for a fountain that’s “safe-non toxic “ I love that it’s all glass except for pump. Easy to clean and set up! I love this product . I struggled with getting my dog to drink water for years. I bought this to have an extra in case one ever goes bad. My cats love this fountain and drink a ton of water from it which is so necessary for kidney health. It’s nice to know I have a backup in case one breaks I won’t be stuck with a non working fountain.
