A few months after buying the Brook i had the fountain stop working. Forgetting that you get a warranty when you buy the Brook.i went ahead and purchase a pump. Then Brook sent me a pump and a new adapter. It turned out the adapter was the issue. This is a quality product and a first class company that stands behind their product. Buy it ! Your pet will love you !

I have written before, this is the best thing ever for my kitties. They love drinking from this fountain and it’s easy to take care of.

I’d been looking for a fountain that’s “safe-non toxic “ I love that it’s all glass except for pump. Easy to clean and set up! Customer service was great as my first pump light didn’t come on and I contacted them and a replacement was sent out right away and light and pump works great! I have 4 cats and 2 use it regularly.
