I got Brook fountain about a month ago. It was simple to set up and clean. Every step was supported by clear description (scannable QR codes). When I still had questions I sent an email, and Andrey - the founder and head of the company - answered me directly. I was really pleased. Filters are inexpensive, easy to change. My cats like Brook fountain! Strongly recommend these products.

I have 3 boy cats and a newly adopted girlie to make it 4. The boys have urinary issues and need to drink lots of water. I never really knew how much they drank until I got this fountain - found out it’s quite a bit. I feel good knowing they are drinking fresh filtered water at all times. I like that it’s glass so I can see when I need to refresh the bowl and also the blue light so they can see and visit “the water hole” during the night. I must add that your customer service and staff are wonderful!

I clean it thoroughly once a week and change both filters once a week. Refills of filters aren't too bad price wise so I can change them as often as I want.

Very simple to use with the fountain. I have a dlhcat and his fur can be seen trapped on the sponge filter.
In between changes i can remove the fur - And recycle the foam ringuntil it is time to swap out for a new foam ring.

This is so convenient and I do not have to worry about running out.

I love my Brook water fountain for my cats. I clean it once a week and never have any scummy water of gross growth on any of the mechanical areas of the motor.

I love this concept of a glass fountain. Super easy to clean and the filters are reasonably priced. I have long hair cats so a cover would be a great option. And possibly a smaller “cat” version would be awesome.

I love that I can rest at ease knowing this fountain isn't leaching anything bad into my cats water. It's really simple to clean, I just give the 4 parts a good scrub and rinse once a week and change the filter every other week. It runs nice and quiet. However, I don't think the filters really do much of anything. I change out the water every other day anyways, which can be cumbersome given the weight of the fountain. I still think it's worth it, though. I haven't had any issues of slime buildup or nastiness.

I have extensively researched fountains and tried three. I never had trouble with my cats drinking enough water from bowls, until recently. My elderly boy started swishing water all over the floor, which indicated to me that he needed moving water to find it and feel secure drinking it. A nearly all-stainless steel fountain worked initially, however it was challenging seeing if the water was low and clean. Something about it eventually got him swishing it again as well. It was quiet, but maybe not enough stream? Another fountain with an external pump was too loud. We then took on a kitten who was biting out fur, possibly due to an allergy (plastic? In which case, the first fountain’s inner tray was all plastic, despite the rest being SS.) Enter Brook - love that it is nearly all glass and the little plastic the water does touch is minimal, it has a fantastic fountain/moving water design that is quiet (for me!), easy and enticing to drink from (for kitties!), and is easy to maintain and clean (for me!). The cats (all four, yes we have four!) LOVE it and drink heartily from it. Because I can easily see the water I am cleaning it much more often than the SS fountains which keeps my cats happy and drinking. And customer service is top notch - responsive and goes above and beyond. I had ordered replacement filters and asked if they would include a cord clip as mine had broken - they sent me more than just the one clip I requested. This fountain is worth every penny and then some - skip the others and get the right one to begin with.

We have five cats. They love the waterfall and it's big enough for all of them to share. For my cats they give it five stars

I love this water fountain! So easy to clean and maintain and best of all the filters won’t break the bank!! My cat loves it! He has weird fascination with water and the sound of water so not only does he love drinking from it but it keeps him entertained with the water noise and the movement of the water! My daughter comes over with her two dogs and they love it too! This was such a great investment, I’m super happy I found Brooks water fountain. Thank you for an amazing product💕

So glad I found this. The glass makes it very easy to clean and to see water level. My cat loves the bubbler and the filter is a nice small size and easy to replace. Great and swift customer service for any questions. Nice company with a good product!

Haven't used a 6 months or 12 month replacement filters I bought with the fountain but I looked at them and they're exactly the same as the ones that came with it so I'm sure that there's going to be no problem as far as the fountain goes it's working beautifully my Simba which is the one that really needs to drink more water for his kidneys he's always drinking from it which is wonderful
